This electrolytic tilt sensor (also sometimes called an electronic tilt sensor) gives a wide-range measurement up to ±70° with an extremely high accuracy of ±0.003° in one axis (single-axis measurement). This means that you’ll need two sensors to read in two axes (with orthogonal mounting, or mounted at a 90° angle). It’s a glass, hermetically sealed sensor for use in less extreme environments than our similar Fredericks all-metal sensors. This sensor is the highest accuracy wide-range sensor we offer, but it’s also higher cost than similar 0717 and 0703 series sensors.
